Nameless social media platform Grapevine has raised $4.1 million (about Rs 37.9 crore) in a funding spherical led by Kae Capital, Peak XV Companions and upGrad co-founder Ronnie Screwvala, because it seems to increase its AI-led choices within the recruitment house.
The startup will use the recent capital to scale its two AI-focused merchandise, TAL and Round1.
The announcement was made by co-founder Saumil Tripathi, alongside the launch of TAL, an AI-powered expertise agent designed to scan job alternatives and suggest related roles to customers.
Round1, certainly one of its newer merchandise, permits customers to simulate job interviews and obtain suggestions on their responses. Notably, Round1 was among five AI startups backed by Peak XV through the India AI Impression Summit.
“3 years and 1M+ customers on Grapevine taught us this: The web in the present day works for corporations. Not for expertise,” Tripathi mentioned in a publish on LinkedIn.
Based by Tripathi, Jainam Talsania and Shreeyash Dharmadhikari, Grapevine started as a networking platform for company and startup workers, enabling nameless discussions round salaries, hiring, layoffs and office tradition. It has since expanded into AI-driven instruments for job discovery and interview preparation.
