Dubai-based Solstice Knowledge has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Kerala authorities to arrange a big AI-driven knowledge centre challenge value Rs 52,600 crore on the KINFRA Industrial Park in Mattannur, in Kannur district.
Underneath the settlement, the corporate will obtain 100 acres of land inside the industrial park to develop its services, in response to an official assertion issued on Sunday.

The signing ceremony happened on Saturday within the presence of Kerala Industries Minister P Rajeev and Director of Industries P Vishnuraj.
Solstice Knowledge specialises in designing, creating and working superior AI-driven high-performance computing (HPC) knowledge centres. The corporate is headquartered in Dubai and manages greater than 60 knowledge centre tasks worldwide, together with services in the US and Canada.
Minister Rajeev stated the upcoming challenge, being developed in partnership with native collaborators, is predicted to open up vital alternatives for Kerala’s digital economic system.

The KINFRA Industrial Park at Mattannur covers round 175 acres, of which 123 acres had been made accessible for industrial use after infrastructure improvement.
