Grahaa House, a Bengaluru-based spacetech startup centered on creating earth remark nanosatellite for geospatial video knowledge from Low Earth Orbit, is getting ready to launch SOLARAS – an experimental nanosatellite, on Skyroot Aerospace’s Vikram-1 mission from the Satish Dhawan House Centre, Sriharikota.

The startup stated that the mission, named SIDDHI, marks an necessary milestone because it seeks to reveal its stackable nanosatellite bus and platform in Low Earth Orbit.

Along with validating a number of the techniques and subsystems designed for its future satellite tv for pc programmes, the mission may even reveal an educational analysis payload VISWA-M, developed by VIT-AP College, Amaravati.

It intends to reveal a hosted payload structure designed to assist analysis and educational missions. The mission can be aligned with Grahaa House’s bigger imaginative and prescient of constructing cost-efficient, scalable nanosatellite platforms that may make space-based knowledge extra accessible for scientific analysis, earth remark, catastrophe administration, agriculture, local weather monitoring and rising business functions.

By way of SOLARAS, Grahaa House goals to take a step nearer to enabling sooner, versatile, and application-led satellite tv for pc missions from India.

“India’s non-public area sector is coming into a brand new part of development, pushed by innovation, collaboration and a shared ambition to construct world-class area capabilities. Missions like Vikram-1 are creating alternatives for rising area corporations to reveal applied sciences and speed up innovation. For Grahaa House, SOLARAS is a crucial milestone as we reveal our stackable nano satellite tv for pc bus and platform in Low Earth Orbit and validate our tech stack that can assist our future missions,” stated Ramesh Kumar V, Co-founder and CEO, Grahaa House.
