Bengaluru-based fintech startup Oolka has raised $14 million in a Sequence A funding spherical led by Accel, with participation from current buyers Lightspeed and Z47.

The spherical additionally noticed private investments from Meesho co-founders Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Barnwal.

The startup will use the raised funds to increase its product and engineering groups, strengthen AI capabilities, and deepen partnerships with banks and non-banking monetary firms.

Based in 2024, Oolka is growing an AI-powered platform designed to assist customers handle their monetary well being throughout the credit score lifecycle. The startup makes use of AI brokers to establish credit score points, recommend enhancements, and supply personalised suggestions for managing loans.

It’s also constructing new product stacks to handle broader private finance wants, with a long-term ambition of making a full-stack monetary working system for customers, Kumar stated.

Oolka claims to have six million registered customers and annual recurring income of about $2.5 million.

This marks Oolka’s second main fundraise, following a $7 million seed spherical in September 2025 led by Lightspeed and Z47, taking its whole funding to round $21 million since inception.
