Deeptech enterprise capital agency Exfinity Enterprise Companions has introduced a partial exit from its funding in cybersecurity platform CloudSEK. The early-stage investor mentioned the deal delivered a 13x return on invested capital and an inner fee of return (IRR) of over 40%.
The transaction was carried out in January as a secondary sale to present traders. Nevertheless, Exfinity clarified that it continues to carry a significant stake within the firm.
