Enterprise capital agency Inflexor Ventures has secured commitments of Rs 400 crore within the first shut of its third fund, which has a goal corpus of Rs 1,250 crore.

The Inflexor Expertise Discovery Fund is anchored by the Self-Reliant India Fund, HDFC Asset Management Firm and HDFC AMC Choose AIF Fund of Funds. Worldwide institutional investors have additionally participated within the fund.

Fund III will make investments primarily in science, engineering and technology-led start-ups on the pre-Sequence A and Sequence A levels.

Inflexor plans to make preliminary investments of between Rs 15 crore and Rs 45 crore and construct a portfolio of twenty-two to 25 firms.

The agency stated the fund will retain its sector-agnostic funding strategy and concentrate on companies utilizing differentiated applied sciences with excessive limitations to entry. It should place higher emphasis on Sequence A investments than Inflexor’s earlier funds.
