IPO-bound drone startup Garuda Aerospace has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Micron Devices Pvt. Ltd., an Indian producer of precision fuzes, defence ammunition programs, and significant army elements.

The partnership brings collectively two manufacturing corporations with complementary areas of experience to collaborate on the event of indigenous defence applied sciences.

Underneath the MoU, Garuda Aerospace and Micron Devices will give attention to product distribution, joint expertise growth, and defence-focused initiatives.

By integrating Micron Devices’ experience in custom-designed fuzes with Garuda Aerospace’s superior drone applied sciences, the partnership goals to speed up the event of next-generation indigenous defence options, together with loitering munitions, payload-enabled UAVs, and superior unmanned programs.
