US-based VC firm Nexus continues to reduce stake in Delhivery with latest Rs 186 crore share sale


US-based enterprise capital agency Nexus Venture Partners has continued to cut back its holding in Delhivery by promoting shares price Rs 186 crore in a recent spherical of transactions.

The sale, which carried out on 15 April, marks the second such transfer by the American funding agency this month, following an earlier disposal of a 1.6% stake on 8 April, 2026.

Within the newest deal, Nexus Enterprise Companions, by way of its funds Nexus Ventures III and Nexus Alternative Fund, offloaded round 40 lakh shares at Rs 465 every. This represents roughly a 0.53% stake within the logistics agency.

The transactions included Nexus Alternative Fund promoting 5.37 lakh shares for Rs 25.01 crore, whereas Nexus Ventures III bought 34.62 lakh shares for Rs 160.98 crore.

Who purchased the shares?

The shares had been picked up by a mixture of home and worldwide institutional traders.

Morgan Stanley emerged as the biggest purchaser, buying 12 lakh shares price Rs 55.8 crore. Different key consumers included Edelweiss Mutual Fund, which bought shares price practically Rs 50 crore, alongside Goldman Sachs, Nippon India Mutual Fund, and Hong Kong-based Viridian Asia Alternatives Grasp Fund.

Nippon India Mutual Fund additionally acquired an extra 5.75 lakh shares for Rs 26.73 crore, constructing on its present holding. As of December 2025, it held a 2.9% stake in Delhivery and had already invested over Rs 200 crore within the firm earlier in April.

Stake falls beneath 3%

Nexus Ventures III held a 4.49% stake in Delhivery on the finish of December 2025. After promoting about 1.85% in April, its holding is now estimated to have dropped beneath 3%.
