InstiFi, a Goa-based fee aggregator, has obtained authorisation from the Reserve Financial institution of India (RBI) to function as an offline fee aggregator from January 8, 2026.
The approval permits InstiFi to supply Level-of-Sale (POS) machines and Sound Field–enabled static QR fee options to retailers throughout India.
The corporate stated that the authorisation permits it to increase its funds ecosystem past on-line collections to incorporate in-store, bodily fee acceptance, permitting the retailers to simply accept card-based and digital funds seamlessly at their premises.
InstiFi had earlier obtained RBI authorisation to function as a Fee Aggregator – On-line on 3 June 2025, following which it went dwell with service provider onboarding and digital fee providers.
